Each year, the Missions Committee reviews applications for funding. If your organization seeks funding from First Presbyterian Church of Philadelphia (FPCP), please follow the instructions below to download and complete the FPCP Grant Application.

  • All applicants must complete Part A of the Grant Application

  • Applicants should also submit their most recent annual report.

  • First-time applicants: Please complete Part B and Part C of the Grant Application. If your organization is a 501(c)(3), please provide supporting documentation ( such as a copy of your IRS determination letter).

  • Previous grant recipients:

    • If you are requesting a grant above $3000, please provide the information requested in PART C and PART D of the Grant Application.

    • If your are requesting a grant below $3000, please provide the information requested in Part E only.

The information provided through this form assists the FPCP Missions Committee in assessing the impact of the funding provided, and evaluating future grant requests.

Applications for 2025 are due by September 15, 2025. Completed applications may be emailed to missions@fpcphila.org.

Please follow these instructions to complete the application:

  1. Click on the link above to access the grant application.

  2. You must first DOWNLOAD or SAVE the file to your computer:

    • On your browser click FILE>SAVE AS and save the file to your computer.
      **NOTE: It is helpful to add your organization’s name to the filename.

  3. To complete the application electronically, find the file on your computer and open it.

    • Complete the application electronically (tab to move between fields) for Part A and Part B (if relevant). When you have completed the electronic portion of the application, save the file again.

    • Please provide your responses to Part C, Part D, and Part E in a Word or PDF document, following the outline of the application.

    • Email your completed application and any additional documents/attachments to missions@fpcphila.org.

  4. If you choose not to complete the form electronically, please print the form to complete Part A and Part B (if relevant), and provide responses to Part C, Part D, and Part E in a word processing document, following the outline of the application.
