Dr. Kenyatta Gilbert, Dean of the Howard University School of Divinity, is a nationally recognized scholar on African American preaching. He will be guest preaching at First Church on Sunday, February 22, and all are invited after fellowship hour to join Dr. Gilbert in a conversation in the MacColl Room, moderated by our own Dr. Baron Mullis, ranging from Black preaching and theological education to civil rights and social justice.
